Breevo Refund Policy

1. Initiating a Refund Request

To place a refund or cancellation request for an order processed through 2Checkout (now Verifone), please contact 2Checkout (Verifone) via email at support@2checkout.com, by phone at +31 88 000 0008, or by accessing your 2Checkout (Verifone) account.

Have your order number available and provide a reason for your request to expedite the refund process. Requests are typically reviewed within two (2) business days, and you will be notified by email regarding the outcome.

2. Refund Policy for Breevo Tokens

Eligibility: Refund requests are considered up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are generally granted only for unused tokens.

Conditions: Tokens that have been activated or partially used for messaging campaigns are non-refundable. Refunds are provided solely for unused tokens still available in your account at the time of your request.

Exceptions: In certain cases and at its discretion, 2Checkout (Verifone) may grant extensions to this refund period.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders placed with payment via check or money order may be canceled before payment. If payment is not received within 30 days of the order date, 2Checkout (Verifone) will automatically cancel the order.

If the order was completed, but the tokens have not yet been used, you may request a same-day cancellation.

4. Specific Conditions and Precedence

In cases of inconsistencies between Breevo's refund policy and the general 2Checkout (Verifone) Refund Policy, this Breevo Refund Policy will take precedence for token-based purchases.

Refunds do not include any processing or shipping costs unless due to a 2Checkout (Verifone) error, for which you may request a refund directly from them.

5. Refund Process Timelines

If a refund request is approved by 2Checkout (Verifone), payments are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded within one (1) business day.
  • Wire Transfer or Check: Refunded within seven (7) business days; transfer costs are borne by the end user.
  • PayPal: Refunded within one (1) business day.
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunded within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

If applicable, 2Checkout (Verifone) reserves the right to hold the refund until receiving a signed letter of destruction for any related digital product.

6. Terms and Conditions

The terms of this Refund Policy are incorporated into Breevo's Terms and Conditions and the 2Checkout (Verifone) TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
